The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors believe they have found a suitable buyer for the 34-acre Aileen property, formerly a clothing factory near Flint Hill.

A public hearing will be held Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. to consider a proposed $650,000 contract with the Alexandria-based M.T. Puskar Construction Company.

The company is owned by Michael Puskar, Christopher Stanton and Mark Primeau, a commercial building contractor.

“The board feels they have a buyer that meets all their needs for this property,” County Administrator John McCarthy said in an interview.
