Robert Lloyd Edwards, 83, of Amissville died Oct. 26 at Warrenton Overlook Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Edwards was bom Feb. 10,1921. He was a grocery store bagger.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife, Aleese C. Edwards of Salisbury, N.C., four sisters, Dora Carter, Mary Edwards, and Mabel Collins all from Washington D.C., and Edith Clipper of Fredericksburg; five brothers, Beuford Edwards of Utica, Mi., Wilbur Edwards of Washington, D.C., Warner Edwards of Germany, Ivin Edwards of Culpeper and Earl Edwards of Spotsylvania, Va.
Funeral services were held Oct. 30 at Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville with Rev. Forrest Freeman officiating. Interment followed at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Amissville.
