Students celebrate
homecoming

Students, parents, alumni and friends gathered on Saturday, Oct. 16 for Wakefield Country Day School’s 2004 Homecoming which included a fall festival, yard sale and used book sale.
Students set up booths on the school grounds with an array of games and activities to help raise funds for various class projects. There was something for everyone: face painting, a cake walk, darts and balloons, a baseball toss, pumpkin carving, “guess the beans in the jar,” colored lollipop game, hand-made jewelry, candles, sack races, pinatas, and other interesting and exciting games.
Pre-kindergarten staff and parent volunteers provided delicious hot dogs and barbecue sandwiches, the Cross Country team served hot and cold drinks, Model O.A.S. and Student Government offered a wide selection of baked goods,
