Garden gathering
Mr. and Mrs. James V. DeBergh, Jr. of Washington hosted a luncheon for 14 members of the Garden Club of Virginia’s Board of Governors on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at their home, Pleasant View. Beth DeBergh, second from left, is pictured with several of her guests who represented the Garden Club throughout the state. The luncheon was was one of several events that took place during this year’s Garden Club of Virginia’s Board of Governors meeting that was held at the Northern Virginia 4-H Center, Oct. 11-13. The meeting has not been locally since 1983. Beth, along with her mother in law, Becky DeBergh (Mrs. James V. DeBergh), is a member of the Garden Club of Warren County.
