The Town of Washington is at a crossroads in its longstanding battle with sewage management, and may need to build its own state-of-theart wastewater treatment facility at a cost of nearly $3 million.
The Washington Town Council will devote its entire Nov. 10 meeting to the issue. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on Gay Street and Mayor Eugene Leggett said the public is encouraged to attend.
