The funds raised will jump-start the courthouse gardens project, which will include new landscaping, outdoor seating, and other elements. Planning for this work is well underway, and it’s hoped that the public will see visible evidence of the project by next spring.
Those who may have missed the program, or those who would like to make an additional contribution, are invited to mail checks made out to RLEP to P.O. Box 94, Washington, VA, 22747. All funds received will be earmarked in a special account for this courthouse project.
