Our neighbors in Brightwood will have their big breakfast at the Ruritan Clubhouse on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 7 until 11 a.m. Biscuits, sausage, fried apples, sausage gravy, pancakes and beverages are all on the menu. Adults eat for $5 and children $3.
A turkey and ham dinner will take place at the Salem Fire Hall Saturday, Nov. 6 from 5 until 7 p.m., and is sponsored by the Woodland United Methodist Church. Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. For more information call 8257544.
