I am not exactly sure I agree with that, but I do agree with the general sentiment. You see, it used to be that a gardener could go to the store and get something to spray his garden with that was effective. That is getting to be a thing of the past.
There are still products out there that are effective, but they are not available to the general public. You have to be somebody or know somebody to get them. That’s a shame. Your government wants to protect you from hurting yourself, or the environment. Again, I can agree with the sentiment, but not the way it is being administered.
