Loudoun County Government is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate Workers Compensation programs. This position is responsible for the effective coordination of the programs to include accurate record keeping, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and County policy, and day to day program administration. Must have a strong working, knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within Workers Compensation, OSHA, Disability, FMLA and Risk Management. Requires good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to perform statistical and trend analysis and generate required reports. Requires experience proactively managing cases to successful outcomes. Desire experience with self-insured Workers Compensation programs. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communipation skills a must. Requires a combination of education and experience eguivalent to a Bachelors degree in business administration or related field and three years work experience in Workers Compensation administration or related benefits program administration experience.
