All proceeds raised through the Taste of Rappahannock provide support for Headwaters programs. These include Next-Step, the Rappahannock College & Career Access Program, Farm-toTable Programs, Starfish Mentoring Program, Minigrants for teachers, Summer Enrichment Workshops for children, and the RCPS Complimentary Staff Development Fund. These programs are all part of the Headwaters mission to foster educational excellence in Rappahannock Comity.
