But who really cares?
Precisely. So what if we didn’t win the world cup, is that going to affect our influence or power on the world today? No. So cest la vie, arrivederci, adios, and thanks for at least pushing baseball to the back to make way for your graceful games - the beautiful game - for just a little while anyway. . . at least we still have real football.
