Supervisors Join In
Following the regular planning meeting, Rappahannock’s supervisors and planners met jointly for initial discussion of the county’s proposed zoning ordinance.
Dick McNear, planning director in Fauquier County and consultant in Rappahannock summarized the proposed ordinance, which is three years in the making.
Discussion that followed was limited to a few questions; the overall opinion of the proposed zoning ordinance was favorable.
