VALUABLE PROPERTY Friday, July 27,1984 at 11:00 a.m. In execution of a Deed of Trust dated January 6,1979 from Thomas R. Cook, III and Carol Ann Brooks to David L. Konick and Arley Estes, Trustees recorded January 9.1979 among the land records in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Raooahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 130 at page 406, default having been madein the payment of the obligation secured thereby by the makers of the note therein described, the undersigned Trustees, having been requested and directed so to do by the holder of the obligation secured thereby will offer for sale at public auction on the front steps of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia at 11:00 a m. on the 27th day of July, 1984, all that tract or parcel of land, together with all privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, located, lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows: "Tract or parcel of land located on the west side of State Secondary Route 615, approximately 0.3 miles south of the intersection of said Route 615 and State Secondary Route 617 near Castleton, Virginia containing 50.000 acres."
