ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The subject of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period in excess of one (1) year, a vinculo matrimonii decree, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 20-91 (9)(a) of 1950, as amended.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Joseph Donald Daniel Preecs, has a last known address at which he no longer resides and that due diligence has been used on behalf of Complainant to ascertain in what country or city the Defendant presently resides, without effect, it is ORDERED that he appear before the Court on or before August 20,1964 and do what is necessary to protect his interest therein.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four weeks in succession in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
