Grateful For Camp

Last weekend about 65 senior citizens attended a 4-H -type camp at the 4-H Education Center in Harmony Hollow. This was a marvelous opportunity for those present, from all the northern counties, Alexandria and Arlington.
Camp activities were very similar to those eryoyed by 4-H campers, and counselors were senior high and college youth 4-H members. These young folks were so considerate of the older campers, it was a joy to be with them.
It was so restful, exciting, stimulating and exhilarating, I wish we could have had many more there and I hope we will have next year. This was the first time for this experience. Camp director Tom Dooley and his whole staff agreed it was worthwhile, as did all the campers.
I am most grateful that 1 could enjoy this unusual privilege.
