Happy birthday to Jesse Foster who celebrated his 98th birthday on April 7. About 80 friends and relatives gathered at his home in Huntly on Sunday, April 13, to celebrate the occasion at a party given by his relatives.
We are sorry to hear that Mrs. Florence Williamson of Woodville is very ill at this time in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. I am sure she would love to hear from her many friends in Rappahannock.

Ashton Burke of Warrenton was a luncheon guest Wednesday of his mother Mrs. Charles Burke. On Thursday another son Cletus Burke of Front Royal had lunch with her. Mrs. Bessie Way of Delaplane visited Mrs. Burke Thursday afternoon.
