INVITATION TO BID
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites interested contractors to submit bids to provide all labor and materials for remodeling the Treasurer’s Office and Commissioner of Revenue/Zoning Office according to specifications which can be obtained from the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 11 -37 et seq of the Code of Virginia shall apply.
Sealed bids should be submitted to the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, at P. O. Box 116, Washington, Virginia 22747 so to be received by her no later than 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, April 22, 1986 at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. To be acceptable a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder, and must be signed by the bidder.
Rappahannock County reserves a right to reject any, Or all, bids.
