Joseph Bailey
Joseph Lee Bailey, 32, of Front Royal, died Sunday, April 6, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Bailey was bom December 31, 1953, in Beauford, N. C., son of Mildred T. Fergurson Bailey and the late John Henry Bailey of Wilmington, N. C. He was employed at the Riverton Corporation and was a member of the Monarch baseball team of Rappahannock County.
Surviving with his mother are his wife, Virginia L. Bailey, one daughter Angie Bailey and one son Michael Fletcher, both at home; four brothers, Hoyt Kelly of Tampa, Fla., Ernest G. Matthews of Lake Charles, La., Keith Jones of Jacksonville, N. C., and Enoch H. Bailey of Tulsa, Okla.; three sisters, Sarah C. Bailey and Michele C. Bailey, both of Wilmington, N. C., and Cleota N. Boone, Roseboro, N. C.
