Mrs. Clater, a native of Washington, serves as the town clerk and has had that position since 1976, her first year on the council.
Mrs. Clater believes the council is doing a good job of dealing with growth problems facing the town. “With our new boards, we’re coming along fine,” she said.
Like Mr. Skowronski, Mrs. Clater is concemced about money: “We do need some revenue,” she said.
She added that she “likes doing what I’m doing. I love the town and the people here!”
Brad Fisher
Brad Fisher, town treasurer, has lived here since 1974 and has served on the council since 1978.
When he first ran, Mr. Fisher was hoping to contribute something to the town as well as to become more familiar with local people and concerns.
