A cook-out was held Sunday afternoon on the lawn at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier to celebrate the birthdays of Mr. Frazier on June 29 and his little son Chistopher on June 25. In addition to Mrs. Frazier, Michele and Michael, other family members and friends attending were Mr. and Mrs. Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg, Mr and Mrs. James Frazier and son Jeremiah of Spotsylvannia, Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville, Miss Brenda Frazier, Harpld Frazier, Mr-> and Mrs. Marvin Meade, Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Peyton, Mr. and Mrs James Peyton and son Kendal, Mr and Mrs. Billy Meade, all of Culpeper, Kenneth Leavell and friend Reta and Mrs. Linda Weakley of Criglersville, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Jenkins of Brandy Station, Mr. and Mrs. Troy Best and children Man well, Jay and Troy, Chris Heltser, Ann Marie Russell, Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Fridenstine, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Gowell and Mr. and Mrs. Sydney Gottlieb of Blackwater Homestead and their three grandchildren, who are visiting here from California.

A memorable highlight of this occasion which everyone found enjoyable was when the Frazier children and grandchildren were taken on a tour of the old farm and homeplace - thanks to Chris and Ann Marie.
