Ronald L. Pullen, 39, of Sperryville, remains in critical condition in the intensive care unit of Fairfax Hospital.
Mr. Pullen was seriously injured on June 18 when a dump truck loaded with asphalt backed over him as he was inspecting a paving operation in Fauquier County.
