for handicapped
The Department for the Visually Handicapped now has toll-free telephone number at its office in Richmond. The number is 1-800-6222155. It may be used free of charge within the geographic boundaries of the Commonwealth.
The telephone number may be used by Virginians who need information about services and programs offered by the Department, or who wish to contact a member of the Department’s staff. The number is also available on TDD for persons who are hearing-impaired.
