Color healing workshop
A workshop on "The Ancient Art of Color Healing” will be held at Middle St. Gallery Tuesday, August 18, from 7 to 9 p.m. Kathleen Maier, Certified Physician's Assistant, will teach the class, which will include the subtle yet powerful influence color has on our health and emotions, and how that effect can be used to our benefit. The fee for the workshop is $10. Space is limited, and reservations are suggested. Call 636-3078 for reservations or information.
Another Sperryville carnival
The Sperryville Fire Deparmtent has announced it will hold an encore presentation of its popular annual event, the firemen’s carnival. It will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 6, 7 and 8, featuring rides, food and entertainment for the entire family. Several prizes will be awarded Saturday.
