Bill Childs, chairman of the Seventh District Democratic Committee, has announced the composition of the Search Committee formed to locate prospective Democratic candidates for the Seventh District Congressional nomination in 1988. The Search Committee will be chaired by Mrs. Donna C. Dick of Frederick County, vice-chairman of the Seventh District Committee.
Other members of the Search Committee will be Delegate Alson H. Smith Jr. of Frederick, a respected state Democratic leader and fundraiser and a member of the Seventh District Committee; Mrs. Nancy T.
