Michele Rae Frazier, daughter of Mr. end Mrs. Ray Frazier, was given a party at her home by her parents on Sunday afternoon in honor of her 16th birthday. Those enjoying the occasion with her were Luc Thi Baudat of France, Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg, Mrs. Alvin Atkins, Mrs. LeAnna Whorton and daughter Lisa of Sperryville, Miss Brenda Frazier, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade, Harold Frazier, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peyton and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Meade of Culpeper, Mrs. Sylvia Gowell and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Van Nostrand, all local, Kindal Peyton of Culpeper and Michele’s brothers Michael and Christopher.
