Liz’s Sour Cream Apple Pie
Roll out dough for 9-inch pie; flute edges
Set aside
Mix together, 1 cup sour cream, 2 T. flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg. Stir in 3 tups diced tart apples. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle on top of pie
