ginia 4-H families participate by hosting international visitors. There are opportunities for 4-H teen youth to live abroad during the summer through the International 4-H Exchange (IFYE) Ambassador Program. Part of that overall program is the LABO exchange program with Japan. Recent 4-H alumni (ages 1925) can qualify for four to six months international experiences as IFYE representatives.
