Dr. W. R. McCune, Shenandoah Area Council president, announced that David G. Kidd has been employed by the Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, as the District Executive to serve the four county Shenrapawa District (including Rappahannock, Page, Warren and Shenandoah counties).
Mr. Kidd lives in Front Royal with his wife Judy. He is a graduate of James Madison University and has been active in Scouting in the Woodbridge, Va., area as an Assistant Scoutmaster. He also earned the Eagle Scout award.
