Mattie Furr
Mattie Hudson Hawkins Furr, 92, of Woodbridge, died Oct. 21.
Surviving are two sons, Ralph Hawkins and Howard Hawkins, both of Woodbridge; two step-sons, Carroll Furr Jr., Nokesville and Robert Furr, Roanoke; two sisters, Almeda Armentrout, Hyatsville, Md. and Lorenoa Hudson, Washington, D.C.; one nephew, Thaddeus Hudson, Kansas; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Oct. 24 at Mountcastle Funeral Home in Dale City. Interment was in National Memorial Park, Falls Church.
