The flu season is rapidly approaching us. Most people who catch the flu come down with an annoying week-long cough, running nose, and body aches. However, each year many people become quite ill with the flu. A vaccine had been developed to protect you from the most common of the flus.
There are dozens of viruses that can cause the “flu,” This year’s flu shot contains the strains A/Tawian 1/86, A/Sichuan, and B/Victoria 2/87 to provide immunity against the types of flu which have been in circulation in the past year and are thought to be most likely to occur in the United States this winter.
People who should strongly consider receiving this shot are people who: have a chronic heart or lung ill
