Chocolate c adders 2-1/2 cups flour 1-1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 cup butter 2 T. water 2 (6-oz.) pkgs. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate morsels 3 eggs In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Ih large saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts; remove from heat. Stir in water. Add chocolate morsels and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Transfer melted chocolate mixture gradually, mixifig > well after each addition. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls orito greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10s minutes. Makes about 8 dozen, 2-inch cookies.
