‘'President Reagan recently signed the Disaster Assistance Act of 1968, which authorises the Farmers Home Administration to make emergency loans to eligible farmers under certain conditions,” said Mr. Slaughter. “Farmers who believe they qualify for such assistance should contact the Rappahannock County Agricultural Conservation and Stabilisation Service (ASCS) agent or one of the Congressional district offices for additonal information.”
