The Rappahannock Historical Society will meet at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6 at the Rappahannock County Court House. We are most fortunate to have a presentation by Darwin Lambert, titled “The Human Story of the Shenandoah National Park.”
Mr. Lambert will bring us glimpses of the park’s history, including Indians, early whites, mountain people and the park establishment. An avid historian and author, Mr. Lambert is looking forward to meeting and exchanging information with those interested in our Shenandoah heritage.
