A free introductory exercise session will be held Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 2:30-3:30 in the Fauquier Hospital Educational Center. Classes will be held regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 for twelve sessions beginning Nov. 3.
