The Rappahannock Anti-Litter League and You (RALLY!) has scheduled events during the next several months to maintain the enthusiam generated by the temporarily-halted Community Recycling Day.
The RALLY-sponsored annual County Beautification Day will be held on Saturday, April 1, and the anti-litter league is planning to spread its resources over the entire county on that day.
According to litter coordinator Nina Stamer, RALLY is organizing an aluminum can drive to benefit the Williamsburg trip for the Class of 1990 at RCES. It will be held at the elementary school on Saturday, April 1, from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m, in conjunction with the county-wide cleanup.
