Rappahannock News photo/Lou Hatter EXCESSIVE SPEED IS SUSPECTED as a contributing factor in this one-truck accident on Shade Road last Friday night. According to Trooper R E. Keen, Thomas Junior Starks, 42, of Woodville (seen above, center, talking with Sheriffs Deputy Todd Brown) was northbound when he rounded a curve and lost control of his 1987 Toyota pickup. The truck skidded across the road and tipped onto its side on the shoulder. Mr. Starks was not hurt, and was charged with driving under the influence by Trooper Keen.
