Any citizen wishing to address the Planning Commission on either of these proposed amendments or ordinances, should appear at the public hearing and make their opinions known. After said public hearing, the Planning Commission may consider a recommendation of the adoption, the non-adoption, or the modification of the above mentioned ordinances or amendments, with said recommendation to be forwarded to the Town Council of the Town of Washington
