Sesame seed crackers 1 cup whole wheat f jr 1/2 cup unbleacheo ..our 1/4 cup soy flour 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup corn oil 1/3 cup or more cold water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flours, sesame seeds and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in oil. Stir to blend, then add cold water as needed to make a dough that holds together in a ball. Place dough on an oiled baking sheet and roll it to 1/b-inch thickness. Use a knife to mark dough into squares but do not cut through dough. The lines will allow the dough to break cleanly at the line after baking, but crackers would brown too much if they cook as separate pieces. Bake for about 20 minutes, until crisp and golden. Monitor carefully; seeds can easily scorch. Lavash (Armenian Thin Bread) 1-1/2 pkg. dry yeast 1-1/2 tsp. sugar 3-1/2 cups unbleached flour
