Woodville has been named assistant baseball coach under Hap Spuhler at George Mason University, according to Byron Rosen’s column in the Feb. 17 edition of The Washington Tost. Masterson played professional ball for 20 years for the Washington Senators, Boston Red Soxs and Detroit Tigers. As of Tuesday, his exact duties as assistant coach still hadn’t been detailed since his scheduled meeting with GMU’s athletic director has been postponed due to illness on the University athletic staff, according to Masterson.
