Orchestra
in concert
The Winchester Chamber Orchestra, a fully professional ensemble, will present its third concert for the season on Sunday, March 5 at 3 p.m. in the auditorium of James Wood High School, Ridge Campus, in Winchester.
The Winchester Chamber Orchestra, currently in its second season, combines the talents of local musicians and musicians from metropolitan areas. Under the direction of William I). Gregory, the orchestra wall perform works by C.P.E. Bach, George Gershwin, Benjamin Britten, Paul Hindemith, Johann Pachelbel and Peter Warlock.
James Wood High School, Ridge Campus, is located on Route 522 just north of the intersection with Route 37, northwest of Winchester. A free “Musical Nursery" will be provided for concert-goers with children between the ages of 2 and 6.
