Warren County has the most unusual program among counties surrounding Rappahannock. Residents who are disabled or between the ages of 65 and 75 may qualify for a deferral of any amount of taxes up to 100 percent if their income is under $15,000 and their net worth is less than $75,000. The taxpayer may choose the rate of deferral.
