The board then moved to approve minutes of former meetings dating back as far as May 1987. Present at that meeting Were Sharon Luke, Gregory Monahan and James Swindler. Mr. Swindler missed last week’s meeting since he is recovering from surgery, and the others have since been replaced on the BZA, but Chairman Lee Bird said the citations were correct.
After reviewing its proposed $4,000 budget for the coming fiscal year, the board approved it unanimously. It calls for $1,000 for member salaries, $1,000 for advertising costs and $2,000 for the stenographer who prepares the minutes.
