IFB9007 Culpeper Family Guidance Services, Culpeper, VA. Renovate downstairs to accomodate offices and other areas. Those interested in receiving a bid package should call Brenda Lockhart at 703/825-3100 by March 3, 1989 Specify by IFB number the package you are requesting Licensed Class B Virginia Contractor license required. Bid closing date is March 15, 1989 on each renovation. The Center reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be most advantageous to the Center.
