On Feb. 22 the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee met alt the courthouse to select a date for i^s spring caucus and to hear from and about Democratic candidates who are cbmpeting for a seat in the Rouse of Delegates from the 31st District, and for the office of lieutenant governor.
The Committee chose to have its caucus on Saturday, April 8, at noon at the courthouse. The caucus will choose four delegates and two alternates to represent Rappahannock
