Mr and Mrs. Grady Vest were Saturday overnight guests of their daughter Mrs. Crystal Werner and son Joshua at Petersburg. Mr. Vest on Sunday motored to Virginia Beach where he visited among relatives there. They returned home on Tuesday.
Mrs. Sadie Foster continues a patient at Warren Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Foster fell at her home recently and is very thankful there were no broken bones. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Mrs. Frederick Dietel gave popular restauranteur Peggy Clark a surprise champagne toast at the CornerPost Restaurant last weekend. All the diners joined Mrs. Dietel in expressing their appreciation to Mrs. Clark for her years of hospitality.
