(B) A conveyance to James Starks and Mary Starks, husband and wife, by deed dated February 15, 1965, and recorded March 11, 1965 in the aforesaid Clerk s Office in Deed Book 83, at page 69. TRACT #2: All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 311/4 acres, more or less, and being that same land conveyed to Thomas Starks, by deed tH Homy Timbers, et ux, dated March 15, 1946 and recorded in Deed Book 46 at Page 358 of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid deeds and to the references therein contained for a more complete and accurate description of the tract or parcel of land thereby conveyed. Information as to the status of record title and the improvements on the above described real property and all documents available to the Trustee may be examined by prospective purchasers at the office of the Trustee on Monday through Friday, inclusive, on each day (exclusive of legal holidays) betwen 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
