Nina Moore at Middle Street

Middle Street Gallery and Artists Coop member Nina Moore's designs in handmade paper is this month's exhibit at the gallery in Washington, Va.

Ms. Moore, a Sperryville resident, has chosen 20 works for the show. “This show is about using paper in different ways and exploring what I want to make it do and what I want to say. I keep trying to make what God had made and accepting that I can only do what the paper wants to do," she said.

Also featured in the show, entitled "Point in Time," are works by Jean Drevas, Laurie Marshall and Lois Manookian.

The Middle Street Gallery is open from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday-Sunday. Call 675-3440 for more information.
