SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on December 2, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications(s): RE-ZONING APPLICATION #91-10-01 Application by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County to amend the zoning on the property of Everett Estes, Sr., wnich was incorrectly zoned in December of 1986. This correction would eliminate approximately three (3) acres zoned “GC" General Commercial, and rezone to “A" Agricultural, while rezoning approximately three (3) acres of “A” land (including the existing Estes shop building), to “GC”.
