PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 2, 1991. at 7:00 p m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications):

RE-ZONING APPLICATION

#91-11-01 (Mrs) Frances Semones, Box 28, Amissville, VA 22002, desires to re-zone her property, namely. Tax Map 33A 2. Parcels D & E, in the amount of 1 49 and .75 acres, respectively, from “MHP" (Mobile Home Park), to “VC"(Village Commercial). Property is located on Rt. 211 in Amissville, VA. Re-zoning is desired in order to accomodate a new postal facility per proposed plans.
