Craft festival

St. Luke’s Lutheran School in Culpeper will sponsor a craft festival from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22 and from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23. For more information or to reserve a table call Peggy Brown at 703-825-3091, after 4 p.m.

Carollers needed

The Town’s Colonial Christmas celebration is in need of carollers for Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8. Would be carollers should call Ellen Manson at 675-1349 for Saturday and Beverly Atkins at 6753513 or 675-3843 for Sunday. Beverly and Ellen will coordinate the carollers and assist with the colonial costumes.

Dance at Amissville

The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a dance from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16. Proper dress and identification is required. The band Outcast will perform. For more information call 937-4357.

Soccer benefit planned

“Pay to Play Day” will be sponsored by the Rappahannock Soccer League beginning at 2 p.m. on Nov. 24. All interested persons 15 and over, non-professional, professional or just plain interested in having an afternoon of fun playing soccer are urged to participate. Fee is $5 per person. The proceeds will go towards an awards banquet for the players. Those interested should call 987-9402 or 937-5483.

Buffet breakfast

The Washington Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a buffet breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.
